Drop Down Cell Sizing

When I upload a cell that contains a Drop Down selection....the size is fixed. I want to have a smaller size cell on the app for the drop down selection because it is larger than the rest of the text and squeezes the entire spreadsheet because the entire row upsizes to the size of that cell as well.

I've tried reducing the cell height (to 5) and the font size (to 2) but it always uploads to the same larger size cell.

Is there any way to adjust the size of a drop down selection input cell that I'm missing??
